Roles & Responsibilities of our South Central Divisional VP
- Reports to the President
- Works closely with the President and Director
- Acts as a member of the Executive Board
- Responsible for managing the 6 States of the South West Division
- Responsible for managing the 3 District ambassadors, and the 6 State Ambassador of the South
West Division
- Works with the Executive Board in achieving the organization's mission
- Provides leadership to the South West Division of the NAHF
- Develops effective communication strategies for South West Division
- Encourages Regional input and participation in strategic planning
- Delegates tasks as needed to regional members
- Serves as ex officio of the South West Division of the NAHF
- Informally evaluates the effectiveness of the SWD District Representatives
- Participates in Board actions with respect to organizational priorities and concerns
- Reviews with the Executive Board any issues of concern to the NAHF
- Annually evaluates the performance of the District and State Ambassadors
- Participates closely with the President to develop and implement officer transition plans
- Performs other responsibilities as assigned by the Board
