Roles & Responsibilities of our South Central Divisional VP

    Reports to the President
    Works closely with the President and Director
    Acts as a member of the Executive Board
    Responsible for managing the 6 States of the South West Division
    Responsible for managing the 3 District ambassadors, and the 6 State Ambassador of the South West Division
    Works with the Executive Board in achieving the organization's mission
    Provides leadership to the South West Division of the NAHF
    Develops effective communication strategies for South West Division
    Encourages Regional input and participation in strategic planning
    Delegates tasks as needed to regional members
    Serves as ex officio of the South West Division of the NAHF
    Informally evaluates the effectiveness of the SWD District Representatives
    Participates in Board actions with respect to organizational priorities and concerns
    Reviews with the Executive Board any issues of concern to the NAHF
    Annually evaluates the performance of the District and State Ambassadors
    Participates closely with the President to develop and implement officer transition plans
    Performs other responsibilities as assigned by the Board
