Request Chapter Information
If you're interested in starting a new local chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Firefighters, you'll
find that the process is exciting and also fairly easy. First, you'll have to attain a hard copy of the application.
This chapter application is several pages long and can be located and printed directly from our website.
Print Chapter Application
However, if you don't have access to a printer or would prefer a mailed copy, the NAHF can print and mail a copy to you. Due to
the cost of printing and shipping the application, we must charge a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will
go toward your initial chapter fees once you commit to the NAHF. We do this to ensure that everyone applying takes
the process seriously and strives to put their best efforts forward during the application process. If you do decide
to have you application shipped to you, it will be mailed within 24 hours of your order request via USPS priority mail or
you can chose to download the application.
